Thank you for considering a gift to The Oliverian School! As an independent, non-profit school, we appreciate, and depend on, the generous tax-deductible support of thoughtful members of the Oliverian family, for tuitions alone do not cover the full cost of educating our students. Additional commitments, therefore, are critical if we are to continue to offer the vibrant experiences shared by the Oliverian students and their teachers. Oliverian, like virtually all independent schools, colleges and universities, relies on unrestricted tax-deductible gifts to meet annual operating expenses. Annual support not only helps to close the gap between tuition and the actual cost of an Oliverian education, but also allows us to offer the wide range of programs that are so impactful to each of our students. Simply put, annual support provides some of the resources that help to make Oliverian both vital and viable.
We realize that in this challenging economic climate, potential donors are being particularly discriminating with their philanthropic decisions – as are parents with their educational decision making. Oliverian meets their challenges by hiring and retaining outstanding staff, maintaining exceptional student/teacher ratios, offering enriched academic programming, and providing the personal attention necessary to help our students develop academically, socially, artistically and emotionally. Many companies match their employees’ gifts to charitable organizations. Please inquire with your company to see if they have a matching gift program.
Gifts in Kind
Gifts of personal property, such as furniture, computers, art supplies and athletic equipment are always appreciated and may be tax-deductible. Please visit our Wish List page often for items that would be gratefully accepted!
