Summer Adventure Programs - Pursue Your Interests

We believe that every student is unique and comes to our Summer Session with different needs and goals. Therefore, our program is designed to provide choice within a structured curriculum. Once we determine students’ academic needs and interests, we work together to build their experiential program combining academics, adventure, stewardship and arts. The Oliverian Summer Session offers academic credit in English, Mathematics, Social Sciences, and Art. Academic courses run Monday through Thursday. Mornings are focused, individualized, and targeted toward academic study and support. Afternoons are dedicated to more experiential learning based on adventure, stewardship, and the arts. Fridays and weekends are reserved for off-campus experiential learning and recreational activities that students will help choose and plan. Possible day or overnight trips include:
- Climbing and camping trip to North Conway
- Museum or show trip to Boston
- New England College Options Tour
- Stewardship Opportunity at the Loki Clan Wolf Refuge in Maine
- Backpacking and camping in the Presidential Range
