There’s this whole “becoming” stage with students where we feel like we’re just at the beginning, we’re just planting seeds, providing grounding for this process that’s going to unfold over many years. We get to play a key roll in the process of a student figuring out who they are, finding a passion, gaining competence and confidence, so that they will be able to launch into the unknowns of the future with intention and purpose.
